Are you looking for a low cost, quality Tae Kwon Do class for youth and adults ages 7 and up then look no further. Tae Kwon Do pursues harmonious growth and improvements of life through its unique activities. The goal of this martial art is to five a sense of self-esteem, knowledge of self-defense, heightened mental and physical well being. Whatever purpose you are looking for, Tae Kwon Do can help you find it.

This class is available to boys and girls and adults. Individuals will learn discipline, respect, self-confidence and self-defense.

Youth participants must be a minimum of 7 years of age as of the first day of program.

Bring to Class:

Students must wear a soft-soled tennis shoe. Comfortable clothing is also recommended.
