Exciting fast paced basic non-contact; Flag Rugby is a fun, all-inclusive way to introduce young children to the fundamental skills of rugby with a big emphasis on having fun! Flag Rugby provides everyone touch the ball by passing and running! Flag Rugby is a coed sport that is easy to learn and requires no prior experience to play!

One of the best things about rugby is that it welcomes all different abilities, skill levels and body types. There is a place for you on the rugby field.

It is important that we make sure everyone feels included, and you can play a big part in that!. The game encourages hand eye coordination and quick feet, and requires teamwork and cooperation to move the ball. Everyone, truly, must be involved!

Bring to Class:

Participants should bring water and wear soccer cleats if possible.

Class will be held at the Winnebago County Park Rugby fields (Between the lighted softball diamonds)
