Community Walking Program

Description:

The Oshkosh Area School District is offering a Community Walking Program beginning in November and continuing through mid April at West High School. Individuals may walk the halls of a designated path at the school on Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays when school is in session from 5:30-7:30 pm. A map of the walking route will be provided. There is no charge for this program but participants must register in advance at the Recreation Department and receive an identification badge. Please enter at Door #1.

The program will not be available on:
November 22, 23, December 25, 27, 28, 2023
January 1, 15, March 25, 27, 28, 2024

(When school is canceled due to the weather, the program will also be canceled for the day-Please note that when there is a 2 inch or more snowfall overnight, snow plowing will be occurring in the school parking lot.)

Bring to Class:

Participants should wear a comfortable walking shoe. Winter boots will not be allowed on the walking path.

Participants should enter at Door #1.
