Description:
Students will learn how to melt/temper chocolate, piping with chocolate, how to use molds and creating chocolate covered cake pops.
Bring to Class:
All classes will meet at the front of Traeger Middle School, Door #1.
The doors will need to remain locked so if you arrive past the session start time please call: (920)424-0065 extension 1319 and the instructor will let you in.
