Description:
Advanced 4: (formerly Level IVA & B) : Continuing ORD Student: passing of Advanced 3, former Level III or Level IV-A. This level works to strengthen all strokes. Breaststroke, sidestroke, butterfly and turning are introduced. Begin endurance work.
