The Oshkosh Recreation Department and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources will sponsor a Junior Angler Education Program for girls and boys. The program will cover aquatic ecology, fish habitat and habits, outdoor ethics, fisheries management, fishing equipment and fishing techniques. A classroom session will be conducted in addition to a shoreline fishing experiences. 

The Junior Angler Program is for youth with little or no fishing experience. All fishing equipment will be provided. Participants must be the required age as of first day of program.
